What certificates do your outdoor festoon lights have?

All WENDADECO festoon lights carry: CE (LVD Directive 2014/35/EU + EMC Directive 2014/30/EU) for EU market; UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) for UK market post-Brexit; RoHS (Directive 2011/65/EU) for restriction of hazardous substances; SAA (Standards Australia Approval) for Australian electrical safety.

Which certificates are available for WENDADECO outdoor festoon lights?

Full certification documents provided with every order: CE certificate with test report, UKCA certificate with Declaration of Conformity, RoHS test report, SAA certificate for Australian orders, ISO 9001 factory quality management certificate, BSCI social audit report.

Can you produce UKCA certified products for UK market?

Yes. All festoon lights intended for the UK market carry UKCA certification. We provide the UKCA Declaration of Conformity and technical construction files upon request. This ensures smooth customs clearance and compliance with UK product safety regulations.

What certificates do your products have?

Waterproof Ratings Explained

What is the waterproof rating of WENDADECO festoon lights?

Standard rating: IP65 (dust-tight, protected against water jets). Upgraded rating: IP67 (dust-tight, protected against temporary immersion up to 1m depth for 30 minutes). All ratings verified by independent laboratory testing.

What is the difference between IP65 and IP44 rated festoon lights?

IP65 = dust-tight + protected against water jets (6.3mm nozzle, 12.5L/min). IP44 = protected against solid objects over 1mm + protected against water splashing. IP65 is the minimum we recommend for permanent outdoor installation. IP44 is only suitable for sheltered or temporary use. We do not recommend IP44 for any commercial outdoor installation.

Using Certifications for Projects

How do I use the certification documents for tender bidding?

Provide the following with your tender submission: CE/UKCA certificate (product-specific), Declaration of Conformity, RoHS test report, ISO 9001 factory certificate, BSCI audit report (if social compliance is required). All documents available in English within 24 hours of request.

Can certifications be verified?

Yes. CE and UKCA certificates include the notified body identification number and can be verified through the issuing laboratory. SAA certificates can be verified through the Australian regulatory database. We provide original laboratory test reports upon request.
