WENDADECO has manufactured decorative lighting since 1999 and exported since 2013. We supply outdoor festoon strings and compatible bulbs for B2B projects. Before placing an order, confirm the exact products and documents needed for your installation.
1. Define the complete system
Specify the string length, socket type, operating voltage, bulb model, plug and power supply. A rating or document for one component must not be assumed to cover the complete assembled system.
2. Check outdoor protection by component
Our applicable festoon string is IP65; the matching transformer is IP67. Bulb and connector ratings depend on the exact model and its test report. Ask us to identify the rated component in the proposed configuration.
3. Request model-specific evidence
Share the destination market and the model numbers you plan to purchase. We can confirm which test reports and conformity documents apply to those exact models. Certification should not be inferred from a different cable, plug, bulb or system.
4. Agree on the order scope
Confirm the bill of materials, customization, sample details, delivery terms and warranty in the quotation. Commercial-grade products have a three-year warranty and consumer-grade products a one-year warranty, subject to the agreed product and order terms.
