1. Share your target market, quantity and requirements. Our standard mains-voltage string light specification is 230V, 10 m length and 50 cm lamp spacing, with a minimum order of 1,000 pcs. Customization is available.
2. We review cable layout, lamp spacing, colour temperature, plug type and packaging with you. Any tooling requirements, costs and terms are agreed for the project.
3. Sample preparation takes 7–10 days. One sample set is free of charge, with freight collect.
4. Confirm the sample and final order specification. Bulk production lead time is 30 days.
5. We confirm packaging and shipping requirements with you before dispatch.
After mass production and QC, then we will pack the quality products in plastic bags or color box with logo and then in cartons. Carton sizes usually be 52cm*26cm*42cm, 48cm*38cm*34cm. If there are many cartons, we will put the cartons on palet . Of course, if you need customized package, we can also make it, but need more money.
Then we will ship our goods, small quantity, usually by express transport , such as FedEx , DHL, TNT, UPS, or by air. If large quantity, usually by ship or land transport.（custom rubber seals）
