E14 string light assembly: quality checkpoints
WENDADECO manufactures decorative lighting in Ningbo. For an E14 string used on a motif frame or outdoor display, buyers should review the exact assembly drawing and production records. The checklist below describes what to verify; it is not a blanket test certificate for every string.
Socket and bulb fit
Confirm the E14 cap, socket construction, bulb voltage and wattage for the chosen configuration. A bulb report cannot establish the IP rating of the installed socket or complete string.
Wiring and cable support
Review conductor and insulation specifications, termination method, strain relief and mounting supports. Confirm the maximum connected length and electrical load from the exact string and bulb combination.
Sealing and outdoor protection
Check the assembled socket, connector and end-cap sealing method for the intended exposure. Request the IP report covering the actual string assembly. IP67 on a transformer or selected bulb does not make the string IP67.
Electrical and visual checks
Ask which continuity, insulation, function and visual checks apply to the order, and request the available inspection record. Scope and acceptance criteria should be agreed for the chosen model and batch.
