Product compliance documents are model-specific and may include CE-LVD, CE-EMC, RoHS and selected REACH test reports. Confirm the exact model, system configuration and destination market before ordering.

Verified voltage options include 220–240V/230V mains systems and 24V low-voltage systems. MOQ is 1,000 pcs. For festoon-light samples, the sample fee is 1.5 times the applicable unit price and is refunded after an order is placed. Courier charges are paid by the buyer. Sample lead time is 3–7 days; bulk production normally takes 30 days after order, specifications, and payment are confirmed.

Factory & Quality

Our documented production workflow covers material checks, assembly, lighting tests, first-piece inspection, quality control and packaging. Injection moulding and soldering are among the manufacturing processes. The inspection scope for a shipment should be confirmed against its model and order.

For outdoor projects, review the exact string, bulb, socket, connector and power-supply specifications together. Request the IP and product compliance reports that cover the selected models; a rating for one component does not establish the rating of the complete assembly.
