Is every string rated IP65 or IP67?
IP protection depends on the exact model. Certain festoon string models have IP65 reports, while some 24V G50 belt-string models are IP44; selected Christmas string models have separate IP67 reports. Transformer, bulb and connector ratings are separate. Check the model-specific test report before installation.
How long can a 24V festoon system run?
For the specified 24V configuration using a 24V 200W driver and 0.5W DIP bulbs, the maximum connected run is 100m / 300 bulbs. Confirm the exact string, lamp wattage, total load, driver and installation plan before use.
Which warranty applies?
Commercial-grade products carry a 3-year warranty; consumer-grade products carry a 1-year warranty. Confirm coverage for the exact model in your order documents.
Can I customize the product?
