Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?

Yes. We are an OEM/ODM manufacturer with 10+ years of experience. Our in-house R&D team and dedicated lab deliver tailor-made solutions including adjustable string lengths, customisable bulb spacing, RGB colour tuning, remote control/APP smart dimming, solar-powered variants, custom logo printing, special voltages and waterproof plug specifications.

Can you make OEM or ODM waterproof festoon light systems?

Yes. We manufacture fully customised waterproof festoon systems including custom cable type/length/colour, lamp holder configuration (E27/B22/E14), bulb shape/wattage/colour temperature, voltage (12V/24V/110V/230V), waterproof rating (IP65/IP67), plug and connector types, and packaging design.

Can you customise cable length and socket spacing?

Yes. Custom cable lengths from 1 metre to 100 metres. Custom socket spacing from 25cm to 200cm. No MOQ for standard customisation; MOQ applies for non-standard cable colours or specialised connectors.

Can you print my logo on the bulbs or packaging?

Yes. Logo printing available on bulb base (laser engraving or silk screen), lamp holder body, cable, retail packaging box, and custom corrugated shipping carton.

Can WENDADECO provide custom packaging for wholesale festoon lights?

Yes. Options include bulk packaging, standard retail box with WENDADECO branding, custom retail box with your brand, blister pack for retail display, and custom display carton for trade shows.

Can you help with lighting design and layout?

Yes. Our technical team provides lighting layout design for municipal, wedding and commercial projects. Provide site dimensions, mounting points and desired illumination level — we calculate bulb quantity, spacing, voltage and transformer requirements.

Sample Process

Can commercial buyers request samples before bulk orders?

Yes. Samples available within 7-10 days. Custom samples require 10-15 days. Sample costs credited against bulk order.

Do you provide free samples?

Standard samples free — buyer covers shipping only ($30-$60 via DHL). Custom samples may incur $20-$50 material cost, credited against subsequent bulk order.

Production Process

How long does bulk production take for custom festoon lights?

Standard: 25-30 days. Custom: 30-35 days. Rush production: 15-20 days (10% surcharge).

What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

Standard products: 100 strings. Custom cable: 50 strings. Custom bulb colour: 200 strings. Custom packaging: 500 sets. Full ODM: 1,000 sets. Lower MOQ available for first-time buyers.
