What information should I provide for a quotation?

Product specifications (voltage, cable, length, bulb, holder), quantity, destination, customisation requirements, required delivery date.

What is the price range for your festoon lights and bulbs?

Standard 230V festoon string (10m, 10 bulbs): $8-$15 USD. 24V system with transformer: $15-$25 USD. G45 LED bulbs: $0.30-$0.80 each. Contact for detailed quotation.

Does WENDADECO offer cheap wholesale festoon lights?

We offer factory-direct competitive pricing — 15-20% lower than trading companies at equivalent quality. Not the cheapest, but best value with IP65 waterproofing, full certifications and 12-month warranty.

Payment Terms

What payment methods do you accept?

T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C (orders over $20,000), PayPal (samples under $1,000), Western Union (under $5,000).

What payment terms are available for bulk orders?

Standard: 30% T/T deposit, 70% against Bill of Lading copy. Established customers: net 30 days after 3 successful orders.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship to the UK, Australia and Europe?

Yes. We ship globally with full export documentation. Regular destinations: UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Sea freight (25-35 days, most economical), air freight (5-10 days, urgent), express courier DHL/FedEx/UPS (3-7 days, samples), door-to-door available.

Can you deliver door to door?

Yes for samples and small orders via express or DDP sea freight. Large bulk orders use port-to-port sea freight. We arrange customs clearance and last-mile delivery.

What is your loading port?

Ningbo Port (ZGBN), China. Shanghai Port (CNSHA) also available.

What is the delivery time for bulk orders?

Production: 25-30 days. Sea freight to UK/EU: 25-35 days. To Australia: 20-30 days. Total lead time: 50-65 days (sea), 30-40 days (air).

How are products packaged?

Bulk packaging (50-100 strings/carton), individual retail box, custom branded box, blister pack. All 5-ply corrugated cartons, palletised and shrink-wrapped.

What is your MOQ?

Standard: 100 strings. Custom: 50-200 strings. Samples: 1-10 strings. Flexible MOQ for first-time buyers.
