Quality assurance is critical for commercial festoon lighting projects. This guide explains our sample process, quality control procedures, warranty terms and after-sales support.

Sample Process

Can commercial buyers request samples before bulk orders?

Yes. We strongly recommend sample evaluation before bulk orders. Samples verify waterproof performance, bulb brightness, cable quality and overall build quality.

Can I get samples from your factory?

Yes. Contact us with requirements — samples shipped via DHL/FedEx (3-7 days). Standard configs ship in 7-10 days; custom in 10-15 days.

Do you provide free samples?

Standard samples free — buyer covers shipping ($30-$60 DHL). Custom samples may incur $20-$50 material cost, credited against bulk order.

Quality Control

How do you control product quality?

Our QC process: incoming material inspection, in-process inspection every 2 hours, waterproof testing (every string immersed 30 min), 24-hour ageing test, final visual and electrical inspection, AQL Level II pre-shipment sampling. Factory holds ISO 9001:2015.

What should I do if the festoon lights have a quality problem?

Contact us within 7 days with photos/video, batch number, quantity affected. We assess within 48 hours. Options: replacement parts, partial refund, or full replacement.

Warranty

What is your warranty policy?

12-month warranty from shipment date. Covers manufacturing defects in cable, lamp holders, connectors; bulb failure exceeding 3%; water ingress from manufacturing defects. Does not cover improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear of replaceable bulbs.

What after-sales support is available?

WhatsApp/Email response within 24 hours, free replacement parts within warranty, on-site support for large projects, quality issue reports and corrective action plans.

Quality Standards

Every unit undergoes: IP65/67 waterproof verification, 24-hour continuous ageing test, insulation resistance test (over 100MOhm), dielectric strength test (1500V AC for 1 minute), visual inspection of cable, holders and connectors.
