WENDADECO offers a three-year warranty for commercial-grade products and a one-year warranty for consumer-grade products. Confirm the classification and applicable warranty for the exact model in the quotation and order documents. The verified G45 models WD-G45W-230V-01 and WD-G45W-230V-02 have a three-year warranty.

To request warranty support, contact WENDADECO with your order number, product model, quantity affected, a description of the fault, photos or video, and installation and power-supply details. Our team will review the information and confirm the next steps under the applicable warranty and order terms. Replacement parts or another remedy are subject to verification and agreement.

Contact WENDADECO with the product model, original order details, the part required, quantity and clear photos of its label and connections. For bulbs, include voltage, wattage and lamp-base type; for a power supply or connector, include its ratings and connection details.

We will check the request against the original system and confirm compatible options, availability and supply terms. Do not assume that parts from different models are interchangeable. What payment terms and shipping methods are available for bulk festoon light orders?

Our standard quotation is FOB Ningbo in USD and is valid for 15 days. Regular orders use 30% T/T deposit and 70% against a copy of the bill of lading. OEM/ODM orders use 50% deposit and 50% before shipment. Sea freight is the normal method for bulk orders; CIF can be quoted after freight is calculated, and samples can ship by courier with freight collected from the buyer. Final terms are confirmed in the quotation.

Selected WENDADECO festoon-light systems can be used for permanent outdoor installations when the exact model and site conditions are suitable. Verified mains festoon strings are rated IP65. Use appropriate mechanical support and electrical protection, follow local installation rules, and keep plugs and connections out of standing water. Material and test evidence is model-specific, so confirm the required reports and installation conditions before ordering.

What is the maximum run length for a single festoon light string?

The maximum permitted run and connected load must be confirmed for the exact model and installation. A cable reel length or a project's total length is not the same as the permitted length of one powered circuit. Do not assume that all 230V products support the same connection length.

Provide the voltage, cable cross-section, total length, lamp spacing, bulb wattage, connector details and proposed supply points. WENDADECO will confirm the applicable model documentation and configuration before ordering. Large layouts may require separate supply sections; installation must follow the product instructions and applicable local electrical requirements.

What LED bulb color temperatures do you offer for festoon lights?

WENDADECO waterproof LED bulbs are available in warm white (2700K-3000K), neutral white (4000K) and cool daylight (5000K-6500K). Warm white is the most popular choice for festive and hospitality settings such as restaurants, pubs, wedding venues and garden terraces. Cooler temperatures are more suited to commercial, industrial and functional outdoor lighting. Dimmable bulb options can also be discussed for venue projects requiring adjustable atmosphere.

Can festoon light cables be cut to length or joined together on site?

Yes, WENDADECO festoon light cables can be cut to custom lengths or joined together depending on the cable type and voltage. Pre-made festoon strings come with fixed lamp spacing, but we also supply cable reels and separate bulkhead connectors for projects that require on-site length adjustment. For commercial installations, we recommend confirming the layout and connection plan during the ordering stage to ensure correct cable gauges, connectors and junction boxes are supplied.
