Contact WENDADECO with the product model, original order details, the part required, quantity and clear photos of its label and connections. For bulbs, include voltage, wattage and lamp-base type; for a power supply or connector, include its ratings and connection details.

We will check the request against the original system and confirm compatible options, availability and supply terms. Do not assume that parts from different models are interchangeable. Spare-part cost and delivery are confirmed for each request; a warranty claim is assessed separately under the applicable order terms.

The maximum permitted run and connected load must be confirmed for the exact model and installation. A cable reel length or a project's total length is not the same as the permitted length of one powered circuit. Do not assume that all 230V products support the same connection length.

Provide the voltage, cable cross-section, total length, lamp spacing, bulb wattage, connector details and proposed supply points.
