24V E27 LED Bulbs for Outdoor Lighting: Specification Checklist
A 24V E27 bulb must be specified as part of a complete lighting system. Confirm the exact bulb model and the connected power supply, cable and sockets before ordering.
1. Check voltage and electrical load
This article concerns 24V bulbs. Use a compatible 24V power supply and confirm bulb wattage, total connected load and any driver requirements from the current model documents. Do not connect a 24V bulb directly to mains voltage.
2. Check the E27 base and physical fit
Verify the E27 holder, bulb dimensions and available clearance in the intended fitting. Confirm that the socket and cable are suitable for the installation environment.
3. Check weather protection by component
Ask for the exact model’s IP test documentation. A bulb, socket, connector and transformer may have different ratings; the lowest relevant rating and the way components are assembled matter for the installed system. Do not infer marine or sub-zero performance from a generic “waterproof” label.
4. Request the current specification
